CBC Moves on to Sweet 16 NCAA Coverage

With one Triangle team still in the Big Dance, among four ACC teams still alive in the 2018 Men’s Basketball Tournament, CBC stations are doing a full court press on the hoops coverage. As Duke moves on to the Sweet 16, WRAL-TV sports staffers are getting ready to report with the Blue Devils, and CBC Sports Radio stations are preparing to bring all the games to Triangle listeners.

WRAL-TV’s team of Jeff Gravley, Jared Fialko and Marilyn Payne are now in Omaha to cover the Duke v. Syracuse game which will take place on Friday, March 23, at 9:37pm. They will begin reporting from Nebraska on Thursday night.

Tune in to CBC Sports Radio Stations, including 99.9 The Fan, 620 The Buzz and 95.7 The Ticket for the NCAA Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games.

Looking Ahead
99.9 The Fan Sports Talk duo Adam Gold & Joe Ovies will hit the road on Thursday, March 29, traveling to San Antonio for the Final Four. They will broadcast live on that Thursday and Friday leading up to the games on Saturday. Adam & Joe will then return to Raleigh on Sunday to do their Monday show from the station.
