The Durham Bulls are stepping up to the plate to help defeat childhood cancer. On Sunday, September 1, 2019, the Bulls will host a Vs. Cancer Night at the DBAP, to benefit the Vs. Cancer Foundation and the Duke Pediatric and Bone Marrow Transplant Program.
“September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, so we hope it will be a great kickstart to a month full of learning and making a difference for kids with cancer,” explained DBBC Marketing Assistant Emily Almond.
Vs. Cancer is the signature fundraising campaign of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, to give children with cancer a healthier and happier future.
100% of the funds raised through the Bulls campaign will be split between the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and Duke Pediatric Blood & Marrow Transplant Program.
