CBC Renovation Honored by AIA

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) presented one of three 2014 Honor Awards for the addition and renovation to Capitol Broadcasting Company’s headquarters on Western Blvd in Raleigh. Architectural firm Szostak Design designed the buildings and LeChase Construction built them.

The multi-phase project began in 2011.

The AIA Triangle Design Awards Program recognizes “excellence in architectural design throughout the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina metropolitan area.” The awards are presented annually.
